Anyone can become a member.
It can be any individual end user or any vehicle dealer.

of any vehicle import regulations of your country.

You can buy vehicles even if you are an individual.
Only requirement is that you have to be a registered member of our site.

If you do not find the required vehicle in our stock list, please send an inquiry using
"General Queries"
option which you find under "Contact" menu.
Please remember to indicate Maker, Model, Year etc in your inquiry.

- Do you offer Left Hand Drive Vehicles in your website?
Japanese Left Hand Drive vehicles are very rare in Japan.
European Left Hand Drive vehicles are common and we include them in our stock list very often.
You can search for these by using the

Our website supports two currencies at the moment.
You can view our stock prices either in US Dollar or Japanese Yen.

- Do you give any warranty for your vehicles?
We do not give any warranty for the vehicles listed in our website.
But we disclose any damages, engine conditions, the distance the vehicle has been driven, etc in our website.
We report this information in accordance with auctions grading report and
our own grading system, so you can understand the condition of the vehicle you are buying.

You can cancel any orders before we make shipping arrangements.

- What are your refund policies?
- If the order cancellation takes place on customer's discretion then we will refund
what ever money we received from our customer after deducting related transfer charges.
- If the order cancellation takes place due to a reason arising from our end we will refund
what ever money we received from our customer. We will not deduct any charges.

- Where can I find shipping schedule?
You can find shipping schedules by clicking on the

under "Shipment" menu. We update shipping schedules very often.

- How is the Freight Charge calculated?
Generally, shipping companies calculate the Freight Charge based on
the
volume (Length X Height X Width) of the vehicle.

- Where can I find Shipping charges?
Our website supports two types of Freight Calculations.
- Freight for a Model
You can calculate the Freight Charge for a given Vehicle Model by clicking on
"Freight Charges"
option under "Shipment" menu.
Here you can select different Model, Shipping Companies and Destination ports
to calculate freight charges for various combinations.
Under this option an estimated volume (Length X Height X Width) is used to
calculate the freight charges.
- Freight for a particular vehicle
You can calculate the freight charge for a selected vehicle from our stock list
by clicking on "Freight for this Car" option which you find in our stock detail page
or "My Cart" page.
Here the actual volume (Length X Height X Width) is used to calculate the freight charges.

- What are the vehicle documents I will receive when I buy vehicles from your site?
We will send you the following documents.
- Bill of Lading
- Invoice
- De-Registration Certificate [Japanese and English Translation Copy]
Note:-
If you need any extra documents, please inform us before we make the shipment.
Any cost incurred to obtain such documents except mentioned above will be charged
from our clients.
Some documents cannot be obtained once the vehicle is shipped.
