Adding to Enquiry Cart |
|

- Go through our stock list and add vehicles to your shopping cart.
Note:-
You can remove stock from your enquiry cart by selecting "Remove" checkbox
and pressing "Update" button at the bottom
If you do not find the required vehicle in our stock list, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We can find you any kind of vehicle to meet your requirements.

Submit |

- Once you complete adding vehicles to your cart, from the cart page press the "Confirm" button.
This will take you to the order inquiry page where you can type any remarks.
(For an example you may request for C&F price) and submit your inquiry.When you submit,
we will recieve an email.

Response to your inquiry |
|
|
- One of our representatives will respond to your inquiries immediately.
|
|
|
Proforma Invoice |
|
|
- Once you receive our response you may agree to buy one or more vehicles.
Then we will send you a quotation in the form of Proforma Invoice.
As soon as a Proforma Invoice is sent, the vehicle is reserved for that
particular client
until the validity of that Proforma Invoice. During
this period the vehicle will not be offered
to another client even though
the vehicle will be available on the website.

Payments |

| -We accept following payment methods. |

- Telegraphic Transfer
- You can pay an advance of 50% of the Proforma Invoice value to confirm your order.
- Once we receive the advance payment we will confirm the order and process it for shipment.
- Please fax or email your payment conformation slip to us clearly indicating the Proforma Invoice number.
- This is necessary to ensure that your payment is credited you correctly.
Note:-
- Please note that no customer can claim of confirmation of any orders until
he/she makes the advance payment if the payment method is Telegraphic Transfer.
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit - (LC)
- As soon as our bank confirms the LC, we will make the vehicle as sold and process for shipment.
- Please note that a Proforma Invoice is valid only for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Therefore kindly send your payments within the speculated period.

Shipment |

- Once we receive the advance payment or the L/C, we will confirm the order and process for shipment.
As soon as the ship leaves Japan, we will send you a copy of the BL (Bill of Lading)
to confirm the shipment.
You can pay the balance 50% to get the original documents of your order.
We will send them by courier.
