Vehicles listed on our website are owned by Kan-de (Nagoya) Trading Co, Ltd.

All vehicles are available on first come first serve basis.

The majority of the vehicles listed in our stock are used and therefore a certain level of tolerance on the general condition of the vehicle has to be considered.

Where a vehicle's option/accessory is not mentioned in the specification/extras of the vehicle on the website, then we are not responsible for its functioning and/or condition, as it may not be functioning properly.

We will make all attempts to provide accurate and timely data and information. However, we cannot be held responsible should the unforeseeable occur and customers are advised to use their sound judgment and discretion when purchasing vehicles from this website.

The Terms and Conditions of sales comply with the Japanese laws.

Should any dispute between the buyer(s) and the Company occur with regards to the service, and/or any contracts concluded through the service, the parties concerned agree to attempt to settle any such disputes amicably through dialogue in most sincere manner.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during and/or after it has reached the destination port.

All payments should be made through Telegraphic Transfer or Letter of Credit to our Bank.

No vehicle will be released to a customer until full payment is received and amount is cleared prior to shipment.

Once the full payment is received the Original documentation (Bill of Landing, Invoices, Export Certificate and relevant documents), needed to clear the vehicle at the destination port, will be sent via mail and/ or courier after the vessel has been shipped.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct consignee names, address, and payments and to confirm all details prior and after shipment.

Customers are required to make the full payment after receiving the BL copy. Kan-de (Nagoya) Trading Co, Ltd reserves the right to re-sell vehicle(s) or ship back to Japan without client's consent in the case full payments are not received in the stipulated time frame or date.
